Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) using trusted couriers to ensure your plants arrive safely and in a timely manner.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch. Shipping fee: £12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey to your garden.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our plants and gardening supplies. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Our returns and exchanges policy is valid for 15 days from the date you receive your items.
- Anemone, Apple Trees, Apricot Trees, Blackberry Plants, Blueberry Plants, Cherry Trees
- Citrus Trees, Currants, Fig Trees, Fruit Trees, Gooseberry Plants, Grape Vines
- Peach Trees, Pear Trees, Perennial Plants (including Echinacea, Fern, Hosta, Lupin, and Penstemon)
For all other eligible items (e.g., gardening supplies), to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
- Ship Items Back: Securely package the items, include the original packing slip, and mail them to:

Refund Information
Upon approval and inspection of your return, your refund will be processed:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement items.
