Our Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number.
- Ship Items Back: Package the items securely, include the original packing slip, and mail to: Garden Plant Shop

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement items.
