What types of plants do you specialise in?
We specialise in a curated selection of high-quality perennial plants and fruit trees. Our menu includes everything from beautiful flowering perennials like Anemone, Echinacea, and Lupin to productive fruit trees such as Apple, Apricot, Cherry, Citrus, Fig, Peach, and Pear trees, as well as soft fruit plants like Blackberry, Blueberry, Currants, and Gooseberry.
Are the plants from your nursery suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We cater to gardeners of all experience levels. Our plants are nurtured by British gardening specialists to ensure they are healthy and robust upon dispatch. Furthermore, each order includes a detailed care guide tailored to your specific plants to help them thrive in your garden.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We also offer the convenience of paying via PayPal for a secure and quick checkout experience.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While creating an account allows you to track your order history and saves your details for faster future checkout, it is not mandatory. You can check out as a guest.
Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We are proud to share British gardening excellence across the globe! However, we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and a few other remote areas due to complex international phytosanitary regulations.
What are my delivery options and how long will it take?
We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your plants to you safely:
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): £12.95. Your order will arrive within 10-15 days after dispatch. This option includes tracking.
Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over £50. Your order will arrive within 15-25 days after dispatch.
Please note that all orders are carefully prepared and packaged at our nursery, which takes 1-2 working days before dispatch.

How are the plants packaged for delivery?
Our team of experts packages each order with the utmost care. We ensure plants are healthy and well-watered before shipment. Root systems are protected with specialised packaging to prevent damage and ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition, ready for planting.

What is your returns policy?
We guarantee the quality of our plants. We will be happy to guide you through the return process or address any concerns you may have about your plants’ health.
Plant Care After Delivery
What should I do when my plants arrive?
Upon arrival, carefully unpack your plants and give them a drink of water if the soil feels dry. It’s best to acclimate them to their new environment gradually for a day or two before transplanting them into your garden or a larger pot. This helps reduce transplant shock and ensures successful establishment.
